Hotel Hacienda Vallarta Playa Las Glorias

Great place to stay for a 1-4 nights. Nothing fancy, very simple but very clean. Great pool. Bed was comfortable, TV very small (I Used my phone instead). Sheets were really clean and everything was great for the 2 days.

After randomly finding this hotel walking on the street. I am so happy I inquired about staying here. The pool is super clean and open late. The room are spacious with a great shower. Beds are comfortable. I have seen mixed review online, but I do not agree with most of them. My experience here is fabulous ! The staff has been awesome too ! Definitely recommend and will come back when in Puerto Vallarta !

Great hotel in a great location. We enjoy many restaurants within a block of the hotel. Just across from sandy beach for swimming or long walks. A short walk to the Malecon. The Hotel staff is amazing. All friendly, helpful and welcoming. We have been staying here for many years.

I think that when people are writing their reviews, they are not taking in to consideration that this is a hotel in Mexico. If you are looking for something perfect, look for a luxury hotel or a resort near the beach. It is quite old but very full of culture. The doors are not perfectly aligned, so you can see cracks to outside and yes maybe the design is not modern but other things outshine those "issue". The staff is very friendly and informative, breakfast is amazing, and the rooms are cleaned to perfection by housekeeping each and every day, the A/C is very nice and cold. The pool is spacious and very clean. Also, there are always buses driving by on the road in front of the hotel, so you never have to wait for more than a few seconds to catch one! My only complaint may be that the beds are rock solid, but it wasn't really that big of a deal. When I return to Puerto Vallarta, I will definitely stay here again!!

Great place. Clean, well run by the Manager . The staff are great, friendly and helpful. You will feel safe here. A few minutes to the beach or sun by the pool.

The service was nice, the rooms were decent, but we had two towels for three people, the pool doesn't look like the pictures in real life, although it is cozy.

We weren't sure about this hotel as we reserved it ahead of time, and we there were several very negative comments counteracted by several very positive comments. The negative ones must have been on the wrong days or supplied by the hotel's competition. We found it a very accommodating hotel with both Mexicans and North Americans visiting and sharing the common space around the pool. People were all polite in January 2026. The rooms are basic, we had housekeeping service each day. The front desk staff are English challenged, so we used Google translate to full advantage. The prices that are posted on their front desk sheet were way over what we paid online a month ahead of time. There is a super good seafood restaurant across the highway. The pool temperature is "refreshing". Clean and mostly level.

Friendly staff decent rooms. No complaints. I didn't stay long enough to get in the pool, but there were a lot of people splashing around on it last night. It's 100 pesosfor the TV remote. Never heard of that before. We don't use it anyways. Air conditioner was very robust. Safe didn't work, or at least I couldn't figure it out.
